     All holsters/accessories produced by Bulman Gunleather are crafted on a custom basis.  By accepting delivery of this leather product(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
     As stated above, all Bulman Gunleather products are produced on a custom basis.  Therefore, we cannot send any product on a trial basis.  You, the purchaser, have 3 days from time of delivery to inspect holster/accessory produced by Bulman Gunleather, for manufacturing defects.  After this time (3 days) we assume the product is satisfactory to you, the purchaser, and may not be returned. All item(s) that are returned, conditional to manufacturing errors, must be in unused and in as new condition. If there is a manufacturing error, we will of course replace or correct the problem at our discretion.  Under exceptional circumstances, we may allow, (at our discretion), you the purchaser, to return the item for credit, minus a 10% stocking fee. 
     This is a custom holster, constructed to fit standard factory equipped guns/accessories only.  Additions such as trigger shoes, extended slide releases, laser sights or any other alterations to the frame, or dimensions of the gun itself may render the holster/accessory unsafe and increase the risk of an accidental discharge.  Bulman Gunleather holsters are made individually and specifically to fit a single make and model of handgun/accessory and are marked accordingly. At no time should a firearm other than the make and model of gun for which the holster is made be used in a Bulman Gunleather holster/accessory.  It is the user's responsibility throughout the serviceable life of the holster/accessory to personally check for proper fit and retention.  This should be done each time the holster/accessory is used.  If any Bulman Gunleather product becomes worn, loose, or ill-fitting with age, cease use immediately.
    You must understand that Bulman Gunleather has no control over the firearm you use, the ammunition you carry and/or use of such item(s) in the firearm, the manner in which you use the firearm/ammunition/accessory, or in any modification that you make in the future to the firearm/accessory, or to the product (holster).  Therefore, Bulman Gunleather disclaims any and all liability for any damages, personal and/or to property, that may result from the use of this holster/accessory.
     After purchasing and before using your Bulman Gunleather holster/accessory, you should inspect the product thoroughly, as you will be accepting it in "as is" condition. You must understand that Bulman Gunleather makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranty of merchant ability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.   Call us immediately if you have any concerns or questions arising from the result of your inspection.
